Map, unloading and parking details for Stallholders
Dear stallholders,
Thanks for booking a stall at this year`s Redditch Green Fair this coming Saturday. There are currently 26 stalls with possibly more still to book. The unloading and setting up time is likely to be chaotic, but i hope the following notes will help to ensure things run as smoothly as possible.
1. See a map of the town centre here http://tinyurl.com/5jywnk St Stephens Church is located just above the circle. The entrance to the church grounds is via Church Green West, by the letter `G`. To find the church, take exit 7 off the ringroad.
2. Please arrive early, anytime after 9am. The fair will open at 10.30am. Allow yourself extra time because you will inevitably have to wait for others to unload and for vehicles to move out the way. Once you have unloaded, please move your vehicle out of the church grounds as soon as possible. The nearest car park is at the train station, at the bottom of Unicorn Hill (see map).
3. If you don`t have much to unload, you can make it easier for everyone by not driving into the church grounds at all. You can stop briefly for unloading on Church Green West. Alternatively, you could park up first and walk to the church. For those parking first, the car park in Victoria Street is closest, take exit 1 off the ringroad (see map).
4. Fair volunteers may be available to help with unloading etc if required.
5. There is a shortage of tables at the church, so if you`re able to bring your own, that would be a great help. If you require one of the wooden tables, don`t forget to bring your own tablecloth as all the tables are fairly old!
